Wait time to get in is usually pretty long. Online ordering was a little tricky, had to pay in person when we arrived, but the food was hot and ready. There's designated parking on the side for pick up orders. Thin crust pizza is really good, but there were a bunch of random vegetables on our pizza. There was only supposed to be tomatoes, spinach and garlic, but there were random mushrooms and olives. Perfect amount of cheese though. Ranch was pretty thick, not like the runny stuff you get at other places

Taste was good. the Deep dish pizza small size did serve two people. It was tasty with buttery crunchy crust with lots of cheese and sauce.
We had ordered a lasagna too, it was delicious and creamy filled with spinach and cheese. Would visit again.

First time having Lou's since moving here last summer. Place wasn't busy at all and server was great. Pizza tasted good but only complaint was that I didn't feel like the pizza was fresh. Ordered one Malnati's Chicago Classic, 2 thin crust and a personal deep dish pepperoni. None of the pizzas were hot, the toppings were all barely above room temperature but tasted great. I felt like with the wait to cook the deep dish they'd come out to the tables piping hot.
Service was good, food tasted good, just wasn't hot.

Love Lou’s pizza. This location sees suffer weekend busy time when we got there. Servers are so busy and we got our pizza almost 2 hr later.
But the brand Is the best of the best in Chicago. Had work in Gold Coast location to support my college years back.
But man they got the best pizza in Chicago. I could eat this every single meal and not get tired and I did eat every single meal of their pizza for a full week because of left over of 2 large pizza
Let me tell you what to order is a must. Chicago chassis style with Jalapeño. chicken wing is great and all the salad is great. Clam chowder soup is a super must if you could.

Came in with the wife around 2:30pm Wednesday (6-8-2022). It was raining & there was construction out front, but we found parking a block or so away & got right in. Were seated on the bar side with John as our server. Being from an hour or so south, we don't have Malnati's around us, but whenever I get close to one, I'm there! This is my favorite pizza hands down. My deep dish was excellent, as usual- buttery crust, gooey cheese & that signature sauce. John was on top of everything- prompt service, refilling the sodas, extra napkins, etc. I had been to several LM's before, but this was the first time in this location. We will definitely be back.
